D1062 Western Courier at Swindon
An early withdrawal D1062 Western Courier was lucky enough to share 'mascot' duties with Warship 818 Glory. D1062 was luckier than 818 because she was obtained by The Western Locomotive Association and restored to running order, she is still to be seen on the Severn Valley Railway having spent much longer in preservation than working for BR.
