BR Class 42 818 Glory
Class 42 818 Glory was a static exhibit at Swindon Works for many years. It had been cosmetically restored and kept at the entrance to the works, here in blue later in green. Glory donated parts to keep D821 Greyhound running but was finally cut up in 1985 "Great Western 125" year, the year that Swindon closed.
